Dr. Dille joined Palmetto Eye & Laser Center in 2007. He completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Notre Dame and earned his medical degree from the Medical College of Georgia. Dr. Dille completed an ophthalmology residency at the University of Virginia and served there as the Chief Resident for ophthalmology for one year.

Dr. Dille has been certified by The American Board of Ophthalmology. He is a member of Alpha Omega Alpha, the only national honor medical society in the world. He is also a member of Alpha Epsilon Delta National Academic Honor Society, a premedical honor society.

Dr. Dille belongs to the Spartanburg County Medical Society and the South Carolina Medical Society, and he is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology and the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
